WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) We offer 1 YEAR WARRANTY for our brands such as Cignus, ICOM, Motorola, ICE etc. and 6 MONTHS WARRANTY for Baofeng, TYT, QYT, Marui Brands.
2) We also offer 7 DAYS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY for factory defects only. Product must be in prestine condition and DO NOT have a signs of usage to avail replacement warranty.
3) For WARRANTY CLAIMS, please contact our Tech Department @ 0923-090-0037 or email us @ sales@geveriaenterprise.com and we will assist you to process your claims.
4) We will pay for the cost of delivery of any replacements to the buyer. However the buyer must shoulder the shipping expense to return the item to us.
5) You must return all goods to us in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING in substantially the same condition as you received.
6) Product repair takes about 15 to 30 days after we recieved your item.
7) The WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY to faults which have been caused by misuse and/or neglect of the goods or by accidents caused while the goods are in buyers possession.
8) Please present Sales Invoice or Provide Sales Invoice number upon claiming warranty. Thank you!
